Problem with running videos

Hello,
Suddenly one day out of the clear blue I was unable to access my bank account on the internet and videos from other sites suddenly stopped working (most) or are running almost at a snails pace if they work. Never had this problem before. Always says done but with errors on the page and takes for ever to load. Scanned for virus's and nothing any suggestions?

Most likely your IE gone corrupted. Try Firefox.

Ya I tried that and now I can pull up my bank info but the other videos are still running at a speed of next to nothing if at all. No changes on my computer or anything. Might it have to do with the fact I'm running at 11.0mbps for wireless connection? I have always been and no problems. Confused
