How to change french into english in windows7

Hello,

Hello,
I bought a dell inspirion laptop in france with Windows 7 familial in french but I want to change the language in to english. What should I do? Please suggest.

Dear Nimal,

Please get to the Regional and Language Setting in the Control Panel and have the language changed to the desired one.
