My Sony Walkman Isnt being detected by comp

My sony walkman model NWZ-E345 is not being detected by my computer! I have tried going to hardware and searching for it there under the portable device and i have clicked hidden and still nothing shows. I also have tried looking for the drive to uninstall it but nothing is there. Plz some one help me i really need help!

Dear Patrick,

There might be a possibility that the problem is coming from the USB port, please try connecting it to another port to see whether the problem gets solved.
