Your previous quickheal is not uninstalled properly
so do one thing
Right click on c drive & go to search & type hq*.*
then delete hqstat.mnt & mtl 2 files
then go to the
http://support.quickheal.com/esupport/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=viewdownload&downloaditemid=28&nav=0
website & download the quickheal removal tool
run the removal tool & restart the computer & problem get solved
