Connecting a laptop and a samsung j700 phone

Hello, I recently got my phone repaired ( samsung sgh-j700) but it had beened wiped but before it went into repair I put all my pictures off my phone onto my laptop. I have tried to get them back via bluetooth but the phone keeps asking me for a pin sooo I tried 0000 as thatnormally works but it will not connect it just keeps saying unable to pair with my computer. soo I went on my laptops bluetooth settings and it says an error has occured during the pairing process with sgh-j700. then it says to complete the pairing process type the required passkey, if you do not know the passkey see the instructions that came with the sgh-j700 but the thing isi do not have them any more soo if anyone knows the passkey please let me know. thank you xxx
