Unable to format my memory stick

Hello,



my memory stick is recognised bt disk space and both used space is shown empty.says disk format is needed bt when trying to format it,a error message is shown sayin disk cannot be formated

If you have ever tried to format a memory stick , you may have noticed that the only options you get are FAT and FAT32 file systems. This is the default behaveiour in Windows XP. However, with some slight tweaking of settings, you can actually formate your removable storage devices in NTFS format.
