Why can't i sign in the new msn

Hello,





Hallo, in my pc i have the first model of msn and i downloaded the new one...it is downloaded but when i access my e-mail and my password it stucks and it doesn't sign me in. Do you know what's happening or what am i doing wrong?

Dear Sir,

You actually need to have the previous edition of the application removed completely for having the possibility for using the new one.
