Hello,

well it goes like this, when my sony vaio CS3GJ was in the updating my windows , i accidentally shut off my laptop during its updates and after that lots of my keys and application can't be opened. Firstly is the Both Ctrl Keys , second, FN key for brightness and zoom in and out not working, third , Msn window live messenger cannot be opened , internet explorer cannot be open. Why? I need a fast reply i having a furious mood now with my laptop

Dear Sir,

Please consider restoring your system or still restore your laptop to factory settings in order to get the problem solved.

oh a 100 thanks to you ya it did work but hmm i have to get all my stuffy back to my same position
