Internet connected but Firefox wont load!

I don't know much, ive never been on this before but if someone could help me it would be great!

Last week a virus came on my computer called AV anti virus, i went online and bought the Ca anti virus pack, then installed it. Ever since Mozilla firfox nor does internet explorer. I had problems with my iPhone as well, i restored it now it wont even turn on.

Please consider disabling your firewall and anti virus application and see whether you access to the specific webpages and indicate for further help.
