Select box Quarantine and choose Delete All
If they come back try Trends Housecall.

Hello,

You may have some processes that bring them back.

To fix the problem, I must have a Hyjacthis log.

http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/

Please download, install and request a scan and save a log. Copy the log and post it here.

Regards

Hello,

Please run another Hyjackthis scan without the log. Once the scan is over, check the following items which are nasty:

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - - (no file)

O2 - BHO: CyberDefender Link Patrol - {DD662A0C-12FE-4b38-BA53-247F7EC82F46} - C:\Documents and Settings\anoriega\Local Settings\Application Data\CyberDefender\cdmyidd.dll

O3 - Toolbar: CyberDefender Link Patrol - {DD662A0C-12FE-4b38-BA53-247F7EC82F46} - C:\Documents and Settings\anoriega\Local Settings\Application Data\CyberDefender\cdmyidd.dll

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [CyberDefender Early Detection Center] "C:\Program Files\CyberDefender\AntiSpyware\_cdas21.exe" /minimize

O7 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System, DisableRegedit=1

Once checked, please click on the fix checked button and close Hyjackthis.

Rerun Malwarebyte, a full system scan not a quick one.

I would also question the necessity of running so many antiviruses applications as they will eventually conflict and put your system in peril

You have two Spyware Doctor processus as well as Symantec processes starting at boot time. This is asking for trouble. The Spyware Doctor are okay but may eventually become malicious.

I believe the above should solve your problem. Let me know.
