One program is in Spanish

Hello, I just bought a Samsung PC and I notice that one of my programs are in Spanish but the rest of them are in English my language. I wonder if it is possible to change this Winrar program into my English language. I have XP Pro and have run into a issue that I don't know how to deal with.

WinRar is a free program. Uninstall the current program and download and install a new one from this site:

Thank you for your quick reply but I went to download the winrar program but this program is not free $ 29.99. I don't know how I can get around that but I'm afraid I'll have to pass on the download.
