How to remove write protected seal from 32GB.

Hello, i am neeraj negi,i have an 32GB kingston pendrive and that pendrive is write protected.so how to remove write protected seal.

There are two types of write protection,software and other is a small switch located on the device ,for software related one please refer to link below for removal:
