Virus attack

Hello,
My computer has a problem.When I click on any file, then a confirmation for deletion message will come and it will iteratively run.I formatted all the drives and reinstalled windows..But it came after windows installation itself.I think it may be a virus attack.Do u know which antivirus can solve this problem?
