Taking screenshot on Presario is different from that on desktop computers, for you need to use the Fn key (functions key) to activate the print screen. To start with, you have to hold down the "Function" key along with the "Control" and "Insert/Print Screen" key. Meanwhile, you will see a screenshot has been made and you could then save it with Paint. This method is a little bit tricky, so you could also use a free third-party tool to snapshot your screen: http://screenshot.net/. It does not require installation nor registration, therefore it is worth to have a try.
