Hi,
What make/brand of camera is it? If you can find out the USB vendor/device ID then you can search on this. If you have a bootable linux CD (www.knoppix.org) you can find this by typing 'lsusb' at the prompt. From within windows the info is in device manager (right click on "your computer" -> manage), find the USB entry for the camera, or look for items with a "!". Select the properties and look under avanced.
