Hello,

TYPING A REPORT - PART OF IT HAD TO BE WRITTEN IN CAPITAL LETTERS - BUT NOW EVEN WHEN I PRESS MY CAPS LOCK BUTTON - IT WON'T REMOVE IT FROM BEING ALL CAPS? HELP!

Hi there,

If a desktop pc change the keyboard else remove dust under the key by the help of a small paint brush or usb vacuum cleaner.
