pls help me to fix MY LAPTOP KEEP ON RESTARTING WHILE RE-FORMATING WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM? I ALREADY CLEAN THE HEAT-SINK... DO YOU THINK ITS THE HARD DRIVE? OR MEMORY? NEED HELP... THANKS AND MORE POWER
