No access to internet because of virus. Closed

Question

Hello, 
 
My computer is infected with a virus. I cannot get access to the internet and start any microsoft office programs. A pop up is always there AVG Securuty suit that  tells me that the problem can be solved if I pay to download a software from their site to get rid of the virus. I am confused as I do not wish to pay that kind of money. Also since I have no access to the internet how will I download the software ?

Hi,  

   try this 1 

1) download this free application to terminate malware processes. Just click on it. 

https://download.bleepingcomputer.com/grinler/rkill.exe 

Just double click on rkill.

2) Then download the Malware's Anti-Malware, just click on this link. 

    http://ccm.net/forum/message-729456-mbam 

Update it and perform "Full Scan" --->click on show results and remove it.
