Itunes 8.0 on windows 7 can't download

Hello,
everytime i try and download itunes 8.0 on windows 7, it finishes and then shows me this message when I try and open itunes:

"The itunes librayr.itl file cannot be found or created. The default location is in the itunes folder in the music folder."

Every time I go there and click on itunes, it shows the same message. What do I do?
