Shutting down issues

Hello,
Whenever i shut down my system i get a small window where the system is trying to end the explorer.exe file and i have to manually click on end now or have to wait till it is able to close the program in order to shut down my system.
Also this is i guess affecting my fan and processor fan speed as well(I have 2 fans in the CPU) as lately the processor fans seems to have been working too fast and creating a sound as well.
Please help.

I suggest you do a virus scan. It sounds like the CPU is running at 100%. You might have malware that has taken over your browser.
