Hello,

Hi,
I can't log on to my e-mail accounts for hot mail or aol from Firefox which should be my default but I can log on with internet explorer. Can you help?

Dear Connie,

It might have been blocked on the specific browser and hence you should contact the adminstrator for him to remove the restriction.
