Shift Key Problem

Hello,


for some reason whenever i go to use my left shift key it always types the letter c and whenever i use the right shift key it types the letter e...

Example of what i mean: cIf cI cUse cMy cLeft cShift cKey cThis cHappens

eAnd eWhen eI eUse eThe eRight eShift eKey eThis eHappens

.....as you can see this is highly annoying and quite the inconvenience...i am assuming this must be some sort of virus or something, but if anyone knows whats going on and could help me it would be greatly appreciated
