Netbook wont boot up

Hello, my comp says "windows could not start becasue of an error in the software. please report this problem as: load needed DLLs for kernal. please contact support person to report this problem." at the start up..i have no clue how to fix this..please help

try starting it in safemode and accessing device manager, and running a scan for hardware changes, see if anything pops up with an exclamation mark, sounds like your just missing a driver
