Sign in pages wont load

Hey everyone my computer wont load sign in pages for sites like yahoo when i click sign in it wont load brings up the internet explorer can't bring up site or something like that like its not connected anyone got any thoughts on what i should do?

sounds to me like your just having connection problems, try again, if it doesn't load, tell it to diagnose connection problems and let it run it's scan, may take a few minutes, and it will either tell you that the problem has been resolved, or that it didn't find a problem, click on finish and refresh the page, see if that helps.... same thing happens to this computer on multiple occasions....
