My sandisk cruzer micro is not accessible

Hello,
sandisk cruzer micro can't be opened on computer, however is it shown on my computer as removable disk (G:). When I opened it " G: is not accessible. The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable" message box appears. Computer takes longer time than normal when I open my computer folder too. Please solve that problem.
