Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.6.8
hi sir i have a 4 gb kingston data traveler.when i click it to open a message appers "please insert a disc in to drive H.and when i format it a message appears "there is no disc in drive H insert a disc and try again".
please help......

Hi there,

To have this fixed, you must get in disk management and change the drive path letter which is not being used by windows yet,have instructions on faq,use this link :
