webcam on windows live messanger Closed

Question

Hello, i have an acer aspire one laptop with a built in webcam, and recently my webcam wont work with windows live messanger its completly frezzes msn up when i send the webcam or get sent the webcam, i have to restart my laptop like 3 or 4 times before it actully works.. can anyone help me plzzz =) xx



Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Dear Sammiejo209, 

Please checking in the Device Manager if you need to get the webcam's driver updated and also check whether its configuration settings on the application have well been set.
