Hi there,
Its a driver issue,have it downloaded from official Hp website and install on system,use this link:

Hello,
Check whether TCP/IP option is selected or not.
Click on Start ----> Run ----> type ncpa.cpl and click on OK.
Right-click on your "Wireless LAN" icon ----> Select "Properties".
Wireless Connection Properties window will be opened.
Scroll down for this option "Internet Protocol [TCP/IP]" and make sure that option
is selected.
Check whether TCP/IP option is selected or not.
