Password with no disk and internet connection

Hello, My name is Paulette and I hired the dumbest nanny in the damn world. She logged on to my computer which had no password and changed it without my knowledge nor my permission and since I fired her she wont tell me what she changed it to. I took it to best buy to have it reset but the c.d. rom is completely stuck and cant be reopened as they broke the door trying. I cant get on the net from this computer and it holds my only copies of my passed away son and mother. I really need help cracking this code with out being logged on to the net or downloading anything and password disk wont help as cd rom is broken
