Internet Explorer 8 Causes Lack Of Connection

Hello,
I recently installed internet explorer 8, after having no connection problems at all using firefox or google chrome. Now that IE8 is installed, I am getting the error message "limited or no connectivity" even though i haven't moved anything on my computer. I have also attempted to manually remove IE8 but it seems to stay there like a virus. I would use links that you give me, but can't, since i have no connection to the internet.

PLEASE HELP

Please right click on it and select Repair to get the problem fixed.
