ITunes won't open, Says Network timed out...

Hello,

I can't connect to and it a message box saying "iTunes could not connect to the iTunes Store. The connection timed out." I have been having this problem since Febuary and its irritating, and I've tried everything I could have possibly thought of... Could you please help? Thanks... I also use Norton 360... if that helps...
