windows 7 is not genuine Solved/Closed

Hello, 


help me.......... I don't know what to do.... My windows desktop became black color and unable to set a desktop wallpaper permanently. Also I'm getting a notification message that this windows is not the genuine one....Please give me a resolution to resolve this problem....
Configuration: Windows 7 build 7100/ Internet Explorer
