Laptop will not Boot

Hello,

My Dell Laptop won't turn on. It starts to load like it's about to turn on, but a message pops up that says recent changes may be causing failure to start and to hit a "begin repair" option. However, everytime I hit repair (or anything else) it just goes to a blank black screen. I don't know what to do. I have tried to run a memory diagnostic, but that didn't seem to do anything. I'm worried it's a big issue. I just got this laptop last year.
