Hello,

Firstly I'd like to say what the problem was and how I fixed it. I was surfing the internet today and then all of a sudden I couldn't use the c, h, t and v keys. After about twenty minutes of going through different solutions that were online, I found one that really helped. There was one that was for a Sony Vaio laptop that I thought would work (Pressing ctrl+alt+fn) on my laptop but it wouldn't, so I decided to search for some other methods. Others involved cleaning under the keys, but I hadn't dropped or poured anything underneath the keys, so I carried on looking. Then I found a brilliant method that DID work for me. I pressed ctrl+windows sign+alt repeatedly, and it worked!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope this guide helps you as I also know how annoying it is. GOOD LUCK IN FIXING THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks a lot,

Luke
