Hi there,
Move the jumper on the old hard drive which is from broken pc to slave or cs then connect to system and start normally ,remove your data from it and format after .

Most likely you will need to re-install Windows. Windows customizes itself to the motherboard hardware when installed. When hard drives are transferred between computers they often will not be able to start Windows.
