My laptop doesn't recognise LG flash drive

Hello,
please, can u help out with this? my laptop(DELL inspiron, window vista) doesnt recognisse LG flash drive, but it recognises every other flash drives. however it does recognise those with Antivirus option.

Dear Sir,

Please get to the Device Manager and have its drive updated in order to get the problem solved.

thanks alot for your imput. i tried this but unfortunately it didn't work.pls i will appreciate more suggestions. thanks.
