Laptop prblems PLEASE HELP

Hello,


im having problems i was using my laptop like usaly and all of a sudden everything froze so i wnt to task maniger to exit the brouser then EVERYTHING froze and laptop shut off then i turnd it bak on after al that happed was black screen came up left t on for a bit but it startd aking the ticking noiss i tried the remove power supplie and battery holding on/off button then putting the chager back on the battery on then turning it on still the same i did it many times any ideas?

If its making a ticking noise try remove the battery then power on without the battery but connect it to the mains power, failure to power on and still ticking means motherboard issues.
