Keyboard help!

Hi, my keyboard wont work good for some reason, when I want to do the '?' symbol, comes this symbol : '=' and other symbols wont work to, I constaly have to hold SHIFT and CTRL
than I can do the normal symbols again...
Please help!!!

Please consider checking whether the problem that you are facing is not coming from any trojan or virus.
