Blue screen displaying Dell D-610 laptops

Hello,

This is pitambar here from Cable&Wireless IT Helpdesk, ITPL ,Bangalore -66
I am having a problem in my laptop D610 , sometimes it is displaying blue screen & it is also contineusly rebooting.
I asked to hardware engineers ,what is the problem with my laptops ?
He told me to re install the OS & Upgrade viruses & reinstall all the hardware devices ,then it will be work fine. I down that process & it was worked fine some days .But now i am getting the same problem the blue screen errors.


Please be help me ,how will i solve this problem ?
