There might be some problems upon the browser itself. Please consider repairing the system, using an alternative browser or still remove the application and get it installed back.

Hello There,
First you'll want to remove the spyware - you can try using Windows Defender to do this - http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/winfamily/defender/default.mspx (assuming you are running Windows XP Service Pack 2 or later).
Then you can reinstall / repair Internet Explorer. The instructions from this support article will tell you the appropriate steps to take - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/browsers/how-to-repair-or-reinstall-ie
