Hello,

I dropped my ipod and the screen no longer works (just glows) but other than that it works fine. is this something that apple can fix? It is on permanant shuffle!

Dear Rose,

The problem should be that the screen has got damaged, please consider contacting a Repair shop or its distributor for getting it replaced.
