Hello,
I am trying to fax. After scanning a message came up saying unable to scan A5 check trouble shooting in the user's guide. In the user guide it says clean the scanner plate with alcohol. I did it but no go. Does any one have any solutions? I do not want to spend money and take it to a service agent.

Hi there,

The solution is only as you mentioned,try cleaning it couple of times and unplug the machine for few minutes and start again.
