Removable disk not recognized

Helo

my name is vinu i got to 2 pen drive that contain 4 GB each also. when i put the pen dive in to the computer that in the task bar the usb is not recon zing.please help him.................
in my 2 pen drive is not working plaese help him,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Dear Sir,

The problem should be coming from its USB port, hence get to the Device Manager and get its drive updated.
