Laptop wont start

Hello,
My laptop fails to start, due to supposed hardware errors. it gives me an option to start the computer as normal (everytime i do this it just stays on the loading bar screen) And an option to start setup repair (when i do this, it just trys to repair, restarts, then does the same over and over) Its been restarting for 4 hours straight now. Can you help?

Boot from a windows installation disk and then make a system repair to replace the needed files for starting windows successfully,for instructions get on link below:
