Keyboard and mouse failure

Hello,

I was working on my laptop where suddenly my mouse and keyboard stop moving.I restarted many times but this didn't work .I went to a hard disk scan but nothing found (no viruses).In addition i checked my mouse and keyboard drivers they are not affected .i plugged an external mouse and keyboard but windows can't read it.I'm confused ....can anyone help.this problem can be related to the mother board ?!

There is no signal coming from your computer press any key on the keyboard or mouse to wake it up

Hi there,

Get in bios and reset it to default settings then save and exit booting in normal mode.
