Hello,  
i have a new laptop acer aspire 5738z when I turn it on the first time I saw the desktop but after 30 seconds? 
te screen became dark and until now nothing while the processor works normally .the light is correct and I received the laptop this morning .thank you  


Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 6.0

Hello Aliawa,

You mean you have this brand spanking new laptop and you have never seen anything on the screen, I mean just for 30 seconds.

You have a large technical problem on your hands with the screen.  It is a manufacturer's default. 

Please take it back for repair.
