Gateway laptop

Hello, my gateway will not reformat. Have tried restore cds and f11 it goes through everything fine intil the end when it says windows is configuring your computer it gets to this point and no further. Any ideas?

Hi there,

test your hard drive it may be having bad sectors and also try another installation disk for the installation of windows,try this tool:
