compaq laptop bips Closed

Hello, 


i have a compaq laptop.it is attack by virus.when my laptop start it has been sound  
like bip bip bip. when i push enter it become normal.the arrow has become very bad  
service.pls help me its realy a big problem for me. 
Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 7.0
