Hello,
Try this 1.
Plug your pendrive into USB port--> Go to "My Computer" --> Right-click on your
"Pendrive" --> Format --> Check the checkbox "Quick Format" --> Click on "Start".
If you having problem in formatting your pendrive, then try formatting your
pendrive with "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool".
