Can connect to internet but cannot browse

Hello,
I have an acer aspire one netbook. when i got it everything worked fine on it. I had no problems at all. then we changed routers from a lynxis(not sure on spelling) to a Belkin. I went in and put in the passcode and now sadly i am unable to get on the net. I love the computer but without help I have a rather expensive paperweight!!! PLEASE HELP
