Can connect to internet but cannot browse

Hello, I was just surfing on firefox one day and decided that I wanted to try out google chrome on my computer. I tried to download it directly from the source at google, but download of the installer would not finish. I then tried the setup that installs it over the Internet, but the installer would not proceed. It recommended that I change the settings on my firewall, which I did. After doing that no browser, whether it be firefox, safari, ie, or anything else, is allowing me to browse the internet, they just keep telling me that eithr the session has timed out or they could not connect to the server. I'm connected to a public server at my university and the wifi says connected but I don't have access to the internet. I know the Internet works, because I'm accessing it through my phone. However, sometimes an authorization page comes up to allow students to sign in. I'm thinking i need to resurgirías my computer, but i have no idea how to bring up that page since it comes up automatically. Can you help? Thanks

I use firefox. I know that my connection is fine, but my firefox screen is blank. The internet explorer screen won't work either - says unable to load page.

I am having trouble connecting my ps3 to my wireless internet, I have checked and restarted my router multiple times and strangely enough my laptop can connect to my wireless internet very easily.

Please can someone help me figure out whats wrong with my ps3 and help me fix it.
